Shirts and other mementos are available during the registration period and at the close of camp. Alcohol, tobacco, firearms/archery equipment or fireworks are strictly prohibited on camp grounds. You won’t need laptops, TV’s, cell phones, video games, or water guns/balloons. Please label all items with your name or initials! Parents are welcome to visit the camp, but should arrange the visit with the Camp Dean so as to avoid interruption of the program. Those necessary must be prearranged with the Camp Dean at the time of registration, except in the case of emergency. Requests to leave the camp temporarily should be avoided if possible. Every attempt will be made to honor the request-especially for campers who have never attended Rock River Bible Camp. However, final cabin assignments will be made by the Camp Dean. Requests for Cabin AssignmentsCampers may request a cabin assignment with a friend. Pick up times for campers will be 6:00pm at the earliest on Friday unless pre-arranged with the Deans. In all cases, the camper must arrive no later than 9:00 a.m.
Late arrivals are permitted only by pre-arrangement with the Camp Dean. Final number of campers depends on available staff and beds.Ĭampers can begin to arrive on the first day of camp between 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Registrations are accepted on a first come/first served basis.
